Q: How do I use the store to purchase WireGuard devices?
WireGuard currently offers 10 products, all available on the store page. We offer single, double, triple, quad, and round gang inserts for most plastic residential boxes. Also, for residential use, we offer a contractor's kit (enough product to cover a 2,200 square foot house) which bundles all product at a significant discount. We also offer single, double, round, and gangable spacers for commercial plaster rings.

To begin ordering, type the number of cases you want in the box next to the product you want. Click "Add to Cart" to add that many cases to your shopping cart. (Hint: if you want multiple items, you can type in all your numbers and click "Add To Cart" only once to fill your shopping cart.)

Once an item is in your shopping cart, you may adjust the quantity by typing a new number in the Qty area inside the shopping cart and clicking "Update Cart." If you would like to remove an item from your cart, either check the box on that line or type in a quantity of 0 and click "Update Cart." If you want to empty your cart, click the "Clear Cart" button.

When you've selected all the items you want and are ready to purchase, click the "Checkout" button. You will be prompted for your billing and shipping addresses. (Note: if you're logged into your account, your billing information is already filled in for you.) If your shipping address and billing address are the same, make sure the button by "Use Billing Address For Shipping" is chosen. If they're different, make sure the button by "Enter new shipping address" is chosen. (Note: do not use a P.O. Box for shipping.) Select the shipping option you want and click "Done."

The next page gives you the chance to review your order, including the billing, shipping, and order information. If anything is incorrect, click the button underneath the particular section to change the information. When you are confident everything is correct, click "Place Order." We will send you a confirmation e-mail and tell you what your order number is. You may then print the page as a receipt.

Once your order has been confirmed, you may pay online or pay using a check or credit card.IMPORTANT: Payment must be received before we will process the order! Once payment is received, we will package the order and ship it to you using your selected shipping method. (We will also send you a confirmation e-mail when we ship the order.) Also, if you would like to create an account with us, click the "Create Account" button on the Thank You page.

Q: What does "Log In" mean? How do I do it?
You can create an account with WireGuard that will let you see the status of your orders and keep your billing information on file. Once you have created an account, click "Log In" on any page to get to the login screen. Enter your email address and password you created when signing up.

That will identify you to the web site. From there you can click "My Account" on any page to view orders, change billing address information, or change your password. In addition, if you're logged in, the system will remember your billing information if you order from our store again, saving you time and hassle.


Q: How do I create a WireGuard account?
You can create a WireGuard account in one of two ways. First, you may click "Log In" on any page to get to the login screen. On the right side is a box that reads "Create New Account". Enter your e-mail address in that box and click "Create Account". You will then be prompted to select a password and fill out your company billing information. (Note: passwords must be at least six characters long.) Once you have filled out the information, click "Save Account Information" to create your account.

The second way to create an account is to make a purchase from our store. At the end of the transaction, if you do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to create one if you wish. Click on "Yes, I want to create a WireGuard account". You will be taken to a page that will have your billing information already filled in. Select a password and click the button at the bottom to create your account.


Q: Why can't I have you ship to a P.O. Box?
We use UPS to ship our products, and it is UPS policy not to ship to P.O. boxes without a physical street address.


Q: When will my order be shipped?
After an order is placed, we must receive payment before we begin processing the order. From the time we receive payment, please allow 3-5 business days to process the order. We will then ship using the shipping procedure of your choice. At that time we will send you a confirmation e-mail describing what was shipped and provide you a tracking number.


Q: How can I check the status of my order?
Log into the WireGuard system and check My Account. At the top will be a list of your most recent orders and the current status each one is in.


Q: I don't have e-mail. How can I order from you? Call us at 800-639-3919 (or 417-447-2940 in Missouri) during office hours (M-F, 8 am-4:30 pm CST), and we will take your order over the phone. You may pay with credit card at that time or send us a check.


Q: How do I pay for my purchase?
There are four ways to pay for your order. The first is to immediately pay online using Authorize.Net. (Authorize.Net is a third-party online "wallet" that also handles one-time credit card purchases.)

The second is to pay online using PayPal. (PayPal is a third party online service that also handles one-time credit card purchases.)

The third is to call us at 800-639-3919 (or 417-447-2940 in Missouri) during office hours (M-F, 8 am-4:30 pm CST) and pay by credit card. You will need your order number and your total amount owed.
The fourth is to send a check made out to WireGuard, Inc for the order amount. Please write your order number in the memo portion of your check. Once the check has cleared, we will package and ship your order. Send your check to the address below:

Q: What is your privacy policy?
We will never trade, sell, or share your e-mail address with anyone. We collect only the information needed to get your product to you as quickly as possible.

Q: What if I want to return your product and get my money back?
We are sorry you didn't find that our product met your needs. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, you may return any unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt to us for a full refund (minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs must be paid for returns, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.) For orders paid by credit card, your refund will be credited back to your credit card.
